Pause and Recharge in the SWC Wellness Lounge
The Wellness Lounge at the Student Wellness Center is a welcoming space where students can slow down, recharge, and care for their social, emotional, and physical well-being. Stop by to take a break, relax in the massage chairs, and enjoy creative activities and wellness resources.
Hours of Operation
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Can’t make it to the Wellness Lounge in person? The Wellness Lounge offers virtual activities that students can enjoy anytime, whether on campus or at home.
Well-being Coaching with SJSU Cares
Engage in supportive, one-on-one sessions with a Case Manager or Wellness Coach to explore personal goals and build balance across academics, health, and finances. This service allows you to create a personalized action plan designed to manage daily stress and support your overall well-being on your own terms. Request for assistance from SJSU Cares.

iGrad
iGrad is an online financial wellness platform available to SJSU students for free. It offers personalized tools, videos, and resources to help you build skills in budgeting, managing student loans, credit, and overall money management.
